1. Class and Workshop Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your registration for a class or workshop, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled session: 75% refund
  • Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. The date of the written request will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.

1.2 Cancellation by Fryxarineanlixil

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a class or workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases:

  • Registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session
  • We will notify registered participants as soon as possible
  • We are not responsible for any incidental costs such as travel or accommodation

2. Rescheduling and Transfers

2.1 Session Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to transfer your registration to a different date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before your original session
  • Transfers are subject to availability in the requested session
  • One transfer is permitted per registration at no additional charge
  • Additional transfers may incur a $15 administrative fee

2.2 Transferring Registration to Another Person

If you are unable to attend but would like another person to take your place:

  • Notify us at least 24 hours before the session
  • Provide the full name and contact information of the replacement participant
  • The replacement participant must agree to our Terms of Use
  • No additional fee applies for participant transfers

3. Materials and Supplies

3.1 Included Materials

Materials provided during classes and workshops are intended for use during the session and for practice at home. These materials are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

3.2 Supply Kits Purchased Separately

If you have purchased additional supply kits or materials from us:

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Opened or used materials cannot be returned or exchanged

4. Package and Series Programs

4.1 Multi-Session Packages

If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel:

  • Before attending any sessions: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee
  • After attending one or more sessions: Prorated refund based on sessions attended at single-session rates
  • More than halfway through the package: No refund available

4.2 Membership Programs

Membership programs, if offered, have specific terms that will be provided at the time of enrollment. Generally:

  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice
  • Annual memberships may be eligible for prorated refunds during the first 90 days
  • No refunds are available after 90 days of an annual membership

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email or through our contact form
  • Include your full name and the date of your registered session
  • Specify whether you are requesting a refund, transfer, or other arrangement
  • Provide any relevant details that may affect your request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card
  • Debit card payments: Refunded to the original card
  • Cash payments: Refunded via check or bank transfer
  • Gift certificates: Credited back to the certificate balance

Please allow additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. If you have a situation that falls outside our standard policy, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair resolution.

Examples of special circumstances may include:

  • Unexpected family emergencies
  • Serious illness with documentation
  • Natural disasters or severe weather events
  • Other significant unforeseen events

8. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are subject to the following terms:

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable for cash
  • Unused gift certificates remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Lost or stolen certificates may be replaced with proof of purchase
  • Promotional vouchers expire on the date specified and cannot be extended
